Assistert Selvhjelp offers mapping, feedback tools, and tools for coping with common mental health challenges for people in the 16+ age group.
Our focus is to develop simple and useful solutions for professionals and users, which contribute to more people gaining access to effective treatment. The academic content has been developed in collaboration with some of Norway's leading professionals.
