FEEDBACK TOOLS
FEEDBACK TOOL
Regular collection of feedback contributes to user participation and provides ongoing information about the benefits of the measures, so that courses can be adjusted more quickly. This also makes it possible to catch cooperation problems between user and professional as quickly as possible.
The feedback tool in Assisted Self-Help can be used as a supplement to conversation-based offers or in parallel with the implementation of coping tools.
My Challenges
A short questionnaire on which can say something about which specific anxiety symptoms, challenges and burdens are important to address. Normally repeated every 14 days, so that the effect of follow-up can be assessed.

Check out

Symptoms

HOW DOES IT WORK?
The only thing the professional needs to do is enter the appointments with users in the calendar!
Users download Assisted Self-Help's App and must allow notifications. Then they receive reminders of:
- Appointments that have been scheduled (24 hours before)
- Completing the Check in (before the agreement)
- Completing the Check out (after the agreement)
- Completing My symptoms (every 14 days)
SIMPLE AND TIME SAVING
When the follow-up ends, the professional can send out a final mapping which will generate an overview of the effect of treatment, as well as a finished closing note.
By using feedback tools and measurements in Assisted Self-Help in every treatment course, it will be easy to retrieve aggregated statistics for the entire business.
