CHOOSE FREELY
Assistert Self-Help offers interventions that are suitable for Guided Self-Help, Courses, Groups and Conversational Processes.
Each user license gives the professional the freedom to choose between one or more tools and functions to which the user will have access. When the course ends, the professional can send out post-mapping.
The user always retains access to Assistert Self-Help for 12 months from the last time they logged in, even if the follow-up has ended.
ADMISSION MAPPING
In the event of enquiries, professionals can quickly and easily create access to the admission mapping, which the user can fill in on their own.
The mapping contains questions that are usually used in mapping for mental health and substance abuse challenges, and provides a good starting point for the assessment interview. After the survey has been completed, the professional receives feedback with:
- Summary of results
- Completed income statement
- Recommendations for further course of action
FEEDBACK TOOL
Feedback tool is integrated into Assisted Self-Help. During follow-up, the professional can systematically get feedback from users about:
- Daily operation
- Experience of the therapeutic collaboration
- Effect of the follow-up
ASSISTED SELF-HELP
Originally, Assisted Self-Help was developed for the Guided Self-Help method, where the main focus is the homework that the user works on between the contact points. Today there are more than 20 coping tools with different themes adapted to courses, groups and individual follow-up, in line with the method.
Assistert Selvhjelp also has a rich library of tasks for homework and psychoeducation, which makes it possible to adapt homework and mapping individually.
COMPLETION
When the process is nearing completion, the professional can easily send a final survey to the user.
The final survey will show what effect the follow-up has had for the individual user, but also at group level as aggregated (anonymized) statistics.
The professional also gets access to a pre-written closing note that can be used for a journal, as an epicrisis or referral.
