Who is it suitable for?

This tool is suitable for those between the ages of 16 and 20 who want to gain tools to understand and master challenges in life. The focus is on mental health and how to master demands, pressure, difficult emotions and thoughts.

What does the coping tool contain?

The tool provides you with insights and exercises to understand and change thought patterns that affect how you feel in your everyday life. It consists of six parts:

  1. Introduction
You will learn how interpretations and attention affect our emotions, and how digital habits can disrupt presence. Mindfulness exercises help you break negative thought cycles.
  2. Claim
You reflect on your own demands and energy use, and learn how to set limits and find a better balance between what gives and drains you of energy.
  3. The ABC model
You will be introduced to a concrete tool for understanding how thoughts influence feelings and actions. You will learn to challenge negative automatic thoughts and find more appropriate reactions.
  4. Challenge thoughts
You practice identifying and sorting thoughts, and using models such as ABCDE to change perspective and strengthen emotional coping in everyday life.
  5. Worry
You will learn to manage rumination and worry through structured techniques such as a “thinking book”, worry-free zones and office hours. Presence and acceptance are central.
  6. Forward
You summarize what you have learned and create a plan to handle future challenges. The goal is lasting change through increased awareness and good tools.

It was very clear and easy to understand. Nice variation between reading, seeing/hearing and doing.»
