AVAILABILITY
Assisted Self-Help should be available to all users – regardless of functional ability, technical requirements or digital skills.
Accessibility is a central part of our social mission: to make evidence-based information about mental health accessible to as many people as possible. We therefore work systematically to ensure that our digital solutions meet the requirements of universal design.
Availability status
We want our services to work well for everyone who uses them. That's why we're constantly working to make our website, tools, and apps easier to use – including for people who use screen readers, keyboards, switch controls, or other assistive devices.
Our goal is to follow WCAG 2.2 level AA for all parts of the solution that are displayed to end users. Solutions for healthcare professionals follow the same principles, with a defined minimum level of accessibility.
We test our services regularly and fix errors when they are discovered.
Ongoing improvement work
We do our best to ensure that all parts of the service are accessible, but we still have some areas we are actively working to improve.
