Having struggles doesn’t mean there is something wrong with you. Most of us experience difficulties at least once or even several times, during our lifetime. When the problems feel too overwhelming, you might do yourself a favor by talking to someone you trust. It’s up to you whether this someone is family, friends, colleagues, or a healthcare professional, such as your family doctor. Remember that as unpleasant as your experience may be, you can always choose to turn it into a helpful experience. Problems usually will not disappear on their own unless you interfere.
