Who is it suitable for?
A tool for those who experience panic attacks or intense fear of physical reactions such as heart palpitations, dizziness or difficulty breathing. The tool helps you face your anxiety and gradually break the panic cycle through exposure.
What does the coping tool contain?
The tool provides you with knowledge and tools to understand, manage and gradually overcome panic attacks. It consists of six parts:
- Panic disorder
You will learn what panic disorder is, how it occurs, and why anxiety is not dangerous even if it feels intense. By facing the anxiety without running away, you can gradually break the panic cycle. - Cognitive therapy
You will gain insight into the interaction between thoughts, body and behavior, and learn how catastrophic thoughts and safety strategies can maintain the problem. You will map your own patterns and gain tools to work with change. - Exposure
You learn to face what you fear – without safety strategies – so that your brain gets new experiences. You get help choosing a method and pace, and tips for support and motivation along the way. - Preparation
You will identify what triggers your anxiety, what you avoid, and how you can plan effective exposure exercises. The goal is to start safely and structured, with realistic and meaningful challenges. - Implement
You will carry out exposure with awareness and repetition. You will learn to log, evaluate and adapt the exercises, and receive support to meet challenges that may arise along the way. - Prevention
You summarize your learning and efforts, and create a plan to handle setbacks and ensure lasting change. The goal is to be more confident in your everyday life – even when anxiety tries to take over again.

The course gives me room to reflect on the "complex" that I have not previously done. Now it is beginning and I am well on my way in the right direction. Many thanks for the great help and a tool for the rest of my life!!!"«
